CUSTOM HARDWOOD

Using our dustless sanding technology, you no longer need to cover your furniture or spend countless hours cleaning up when the job is done. It also eliminates the health risk of breathing sanding dust, allowing you to be home during this process. We use only top quality stains and commercial grade, water-based finishes. This ensures that you get the best color, sheen, and durability - and it dries fast! You'll be walking on your floor 4 hours after the final coat, and moving furniture the next day!

STEP 01. FREE ESTIMATE

We can provide you an initial estimate if you email us at tony@firstclasswoodfloors.com. Please include pictures of your project along with measurements. Any other information is helpful for us to determine how much your project will be. Please be as detailed as possible when describing your project and the desired look you want. We will then schedule a time to discuss your project in more detail over the phone. We can provide an estimate and then schedule an onsite consultation.

STEP 02. PREP & STAIN

Grab a couple strong friends or professional movers. Once your floors are furniture-free, we come in and get to work. With the floors cleared, we can come in on day 1 and get started on giving you the floors of your dreams! . You’ll be free to come and go as you please throughout the majority of the process. Once your new floor is installed and sanded, we’ll test out your stain color so that you can decide if it’s exactly what you want. When the stain is done, all that’s left is the water-based finish!

STEP 03. ENJOY!

Because we use a fast-drying finish, you can be walking on your brand new floors as soon as four hours after the final coat is applied! You can start moving your furniture back in the day after. We strive to provide the best customer service which is why after we show you your beautiful wood floors, we teach you how to maintain it. We produce a top quality product, so we want to make sure your new beautiful wood floors retain their brilliance for years to come!
